Jake Kasnett, Founder & CEO started Overage Capital Refunds with the goal in mind of retrieving funds for individuals and corporations that had no idea the money was owed to them and ultimately helping people, which is rewarding in and of itself.

We are based in beautiful Pikesville, MD in the Baltimore/Washington area with branches in Georgia, Florida, Oklahoma, Texas and California.
